BEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
All Polar Bears Drysuits,
except the latex seals where fitted *, are warranted to the original
purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced
(with the same or similar model) at Polar Bears' discretion, without
charge for either parts or labour.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from accidental damage,
misuse, abuse, neglect, any alterations or modifications made
after the date of original manufacturer, wear and tear or where
used for commercial, trade or hire purposes.
To obtain warranty
service you must take or send this product to a Polar Bears Authorised
Dealer or to the UK mainland factory, postage paid. Due to the
possibility of damage or loss, it is recommended when sending
the product to Polar Bears that you package the product securely
and send it insured.
Do not attempt any
alterations or repairs yourself. Any repairs or alterations made
by persons other than Polar Bears or their Authorised Repair Dealers
will invalidate this warranty and all work will be charged for
in full. Cleaning and removal of Aquasure/Aquaseal or any other
substance used for unauthorised repairs will carry an additional
charge.
*Latex seals carry
a three month warranty against perishing.
NEITHER THIS WARRANTY
NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS
ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING
DAMAGES OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
ALL WATERSPORTS ARE
HAZARDOUS. DIVING IS DANGEROUS. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE HAD FULL
INSTRUCTION AND ADEQUATE TRAINING FOR THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT
FROM AN APPROVED INSTRUCTOR.
This warranty does
not affect your statutory rights.
