POLAR BEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

All Polar Bears Drysuits, except the latex seals where fitted *, are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at Polar Bears' discretion, without charge for either parts or labour.
The warranty does not cover defects arising from accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, any alterations or modifications made after the date of original manufacturer, wear and tear or where used for commercial, trade or hire purposes.

To obtain warranty service you must take or send this product to a Polar Bears Authorised Dealer or to the UK mainland factory, postage paid. Due to the possibility of damage or loss, it is recommended when sending the product to Polar Bears that you package the product securely and send it insured.

Do not attempt any alterations or repairs yourself. Any repairs or alterations made by persons other than Polar Bears or their Authorised Repair Dealers will invalidate this warranty and all work will be charged for in full. Cleaning and removal of Aquasure/Aquaseal or any other substance used for unauthorised repairs will carry an additional charge.

*Latex seals carry a three month warranty against perishing.
